I have embodied in the little book a appreciable part of some addresses which have been delivered in some cities, some of Great United kingdom and my own country. God has gracefully closely held them once spoken from the pulpit, and I trust wish none the less add his blessing now they have been put into the written page with additional matter.
I have called attention 1st to the Love of God, the source of all Gifts of Grace; have then endeavored to present truths to meet the special inevitably of representative classes, respondent the question, "How man can be simply with God," hoping thereby to lead souls to Him who is "the Way, the Truth and the Life."
